The Tidam application stores and processes users' personal information, such as email address (E-mail) and phone number, solely for the purposes of providing services and enhancing user experience.

Said personal data is used for:

• Registration, authentication, and secure account login (including Single Sign-On / SSO system);
• Providing access to the Application’s features, Premium Plan, and subscriptions;
• Rendering technical support and delivering essential service notifications upon user inquiry;
• Analyzing usage, personalizing content, and improving the overall quality and performance of the Service.

We do not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, or precise geolocation data without your explicit consent.

To ensure optimal application performance and stability, anonymous technical data (device model, operating system version, and crash diagnostics) may be automatically gathered by analytics providers (e.g., App Store Connect analytics).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, you have the right to access information concerning the processing of your data, request modifications or updates thereto, or withdraw your consent to data processing.

You may at any time request the complete deletion of your account and personal data (email address and phone number) by submitting a request to our support team at: ✉️ app.tidam@gmail.com.

We may utilize third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob, to display advertisements within the free version of the application.

These services may collect and process de-identified device information (including advertising identifiers IDFA/GAID, IP address, approximate geolocation, and ad interaction metrics) for ad serving and fraud prevention purposes.

You may restrict or reset your advertising identifier in your mobile device settings (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency settings on iOS).

Tidam offers auto-renewing subscriptions granting access to additional functionality (“Pro” version).

All payments are processed securely through authorized application stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and are governed by their respective terms and policies. We do not independently process or store banking credentials or payment card information.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your application store account settings.

We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to safeguard users' personal information (email address and phone number) against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Tidam mobile application is rated 4+ (suitable for all ages) and is designed for a general audience, including children and students, for educational purposes (learning the Chechen language and vocabulary).

If a User is a minor, account registration, use of the Service, and provision of personal data (email address and phone number) are permitted solely with the consent and under the active supervision of parents or legal guardians.

Should a parent or legal guardian discover that a minor has submitted personal data without appropriate consent, they may at any time send a request to ✉️ app.tidam@gmail.com for the complete deletion of the child's account and personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
